The ITTC Specialist Committee for Performance of Ships in Service meet today and tomorrow in Rome. Over the last 18 months ITTC PSS worked closely together with STA-group to develop the new ITTC 2012 Guidelines for Speed/Power trials which have been approved by IMO MEPC 64 & 65.
